Yellowdog T’s

 Based in Central Oregon, Yellowdog T’s is a company  started by two sisters who share a love of dogs. Our graphics are a unique blend of talents: one sister’s idea creates the other sister’s art.  All graphics begin with a glass of wine, an idea , and  wax pencils on a drafting board. Art is then transformed to silkscreen and embroidery. Yellowdog comes ALIVE!

We are often asked "why Yellowdog?" Simply put: Yellowdog is yellow because the color yellow shows up on a multitude of colored backgrounds better than any other color. Yellowdog is also just a generic pup. He does what all dogs do: sleep, play, sniff stuff, and poop. Like all dogs, he experiences life by attending to whatever he is doing at any one time, and enjoying it too. Yellowdog  lives truly in the moment!

As a company, we like to create awareness of being  responsible dog owners, with the use of fun graphics that are motivating and funny.. There are over 75 million dogs in the U.S., and it is estimated that they produce approximately 3.6 billion pounds of dog waste per year.  Waste that is not disposed of properly, goes into our water systems, playgrounds, and neighborhoods. The Yellowdog’s message is simply:  Do your part, Scoop the Poop.
